A computer with Tally Prime is sufficient for your operations, then you need the Silver Edition. A ‘user’ in this context is actually a computer system. Our tally accounting software system version comes with all the features & capabilities including tally accounting software services like remote access.
With Silver, you can manage as many entities (business entities) and individual account books as you need. You can create as many users as you need, & the accounting software provides an appropriate level of security for each. Your only restriction is that all these users must access the Our Tally software solution from the computer on which it is activated (licensed).
Silver also supports remote access, so our software allows you to authorize access to your Chartered Accountant, who can provide audit, compliance, and consulting services remotely with the Auditors version of our accounting system.
As a Silver user, you can create a tally software solution (TSS) ID that you can use to log into your own computer from home or while traveling. Other users of Tally Prime can also grant you access by authenticating this TSS identity.
