Tally. ERP 9 Gold Edition – Unlimited Multi User
If more than one computer needs to access Tally.ERP 9, you need the Gold Edition. Any number of users can have simultaneous read and write access. Note, there may be some degradation in performance with larger numbers of users, and we found the Gold version usable with a maximum of ten users.
As with Silver, you can manage as many companies (business entities) and individual account books as you need.
You can create as many users as you need, and assign appropriate security to each.
With remote access, you can authorize access to your Chartered Accountants, who can provide audit, compliance, and consulting services remotely with Tally.ERP 9 – Auditors Edition.
As a Gold user, you can create up to ten Tally Software Solution (TSS) identities so that your mobile users can log in to your desktop (Computer) from home or on the go. Other users of Tally.ERP 9 can also grant you access by authenticating these TSS identities.
Switching from silver to gold is easy – just contact our Tally partner team. Your license will be upgraded to Gold and you can access Tally. ERP 9 from single and multiple systems without making any other changes.
